WIHCON - The Partner of Choice
The SilverSun Estates project in Innswood, St. Catherine gave us the unique opportunity to partner with The National Housing Trust (NHT) under the Guaranteed Purchase Programme (GPP). This initiative saw us building 200 of 1200 units slated for this project. Recently at the official handing over ceremony we managed to hand over the first 50 keys to deserving homeowners. We will continue building out the other seven phases, as well as the playgrounds, pre-school, convenient store and community club house.

The Estuary in Friendship, Montego Bay is another partnership with The NHT. This Joint Venture saw us building more than 1400 one-bedroom one-bathroom fully detached (yet expandable) units. We broke ground in February of 2017 with the first set of units being handed over exactly one year later! We look forward to completing all the phases soon.
Fort Hill Estate in Hellshire, St. Catherine is another partnership project with the NHT. At this development we have been contracted to build 31-serviced lots, along with 48 houses and 28 townhouses.
