Developments were constructed in our old stomping grounds of Old Harbour and Mona and we returned to Montego Bay. We also added to our portfolio a more stylish offering of units targeted towards a higher income earning bracket.
2009 saw the company return to Old Harbour with Presidential Estates – a gated community adjacent to The Aviary. These homes were similar to The Aviary, with the attraction of a walled community appealing to buyers seeking to secure their safety at home.
In 2011 we then returned to Mona and designed the 10-townhouse community of Sunflower Manor along with an adjacent complex – Aqueduct Gates – comprising sixty-seven (67) apartments. Both developments were a great success and saw the introduction of granite countertops. These communities enhanced our reputation as competent to build homes that appealed to customers on the higher end of the socio-economic strata.
2011 also saw us entering into a new partnership: Alf Investments brought large tracts of land to the table and we brought our long history of excellence and expertise. The partnership opened new opportunities for large scale developments such as Meadows of Irwin in Montego Bay (the company’s second development project in that city) and high-end houses such as Somerset Homes, located off Graham Heights. The partnership was dissolved in 2017.
The developments of Forest Ridge (located in Kingston near the foot of Red Hills) and The Bermonde (located in Greater Portmore, St. Catherine) began in 2015 and have served to further cement our ability to construct homes for the middle and upper middle income earners.
We once again embarked on a major apartment project in 2017 (the first being a 3 storey building in Duhaney Park several years ago). The Lofts development is located on Arthur Wint Drive and has been viewed as an ideal location. Gated with 24-hour security, a clubhouse, a gym and a jogging trail, easy access to Liguanea, New Kingston and Downtown Kingston, this development ( now sold out) is slated for completion in 2020.
We return to Harbour View in 2019 with our long anticipated Seascape development. This project will consist of 72-Tropicana units and is slated to get off the ground in the summer of this year.
During this period we also did several non-residential projects: Vista Print (2011-2012) Musgrave Professional Suites (2013-2014) and The IDB Regional Office (2017-2018) to name a few.
