Marvin Campbell
Marvin was appointed CEO of WIHCON on April 1, 2021 having joined the team in May 2020 as General Manager – Business Development and Deputy CEO.
Marvin has over 20 years of expertise and leadership experience in construction, project management, administration, power distribution and commercial operations.
He’s currently the President-Elect of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers (JIE) and a Fulbright Scholar. Marvin holds a BSc in Civil Engineering (UWI) as well as a Master’s of Science (Georgia Tech).
Marvin’s commitment is to create an environment that embraces challenges, opportunities and encourages the team to strive to exceed expectations. This he maintains is key to “developing my team’s leadership and execution muscle.”
Donna Doran
Donna joined the ICD Group in the role of Financial Consultant in 2019 and was appointed the Financial Consultant for WIHCON in 2020.
Donna is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCA) and also holds a Degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA). She has a wealth of knowledge through many years of senior appointments with some of the most recognized companies in Jamaica, including Grace Kennedy (H&L), Red Stripe (Diageo) and the Urban Development Corporation.
When asked about her philosophy, Donna says. “I love working with teams that have a can-do attitude, as every problem has a solution. As a leader, I strive to create the environment for people to succeed and deliver great performance”.
Rohan Lindsay
Rohan joined WIHCON on March 1st 2021, having previously been a part of the team from 1995 to 1996. Rohan brings over 28 years’ experience in leadership, engineering design and construction roles, as well as administration and property management. He also has a track record of successful project completion and is passionate about team building.
Rohan has a BSc in Civil Engineering (University of the West Indies), a MSc in Structural Engineering (University of Maryland) and is also a registered Professional Engineer. Rohan is also a certified Facilities Management Professional (CFM – International Facility Management Association) and has been a part-time lecturer at The University of Technology for over 4 years. Rohan is also a Skills Coach.
An avid recreational cyclist, Rohan has attained the Pan American Cycling Federation (COPACI) National Commissaries certification.
Patrick Turner
Patrick Joined WIHCON in 1996 and quickly worked his way through the ranks of the company. On completion of his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management, (The University of Technology, Jamaica) he was appointed to the position of project engineer and soon after was promoted to project manager. Patrick was recently elevated to the position of Construction Manager with the oversight of all construction projects and sites. His pleasant affable manner has enabled him to create harmonious site teams who efficiently and effectively execute their work on time and on target.
Paul McGregor
Paul joined the WIHCON team in January 2021. In his role as Safety, Health and Environment Manager he oversees the implementation and management of all the safety health and environment policies and procedures of the company.
As a seasoned safety and health practitioner, he has held safety and health positions with construction companies such as Kier Construction Limited and dck worldwide, managing several projects within the Caribbean. Paul believes that all occupational accidents are preventable and is committed to promoting a positive safety culture in the construction industry.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry and a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Health and Environment from the University of the West Indies.

Kerrymoure O’Connor
Kerrymoure joined the WIHCON team in May 2021 as a Project Manager and has worked his way through the ranks of the Project Planning Division. In his current role as GM Project Planning, he leads the coordination of external consultants, project approval process, financial feasibility and due diligence of development opportunities, contract administration and preparation of tender documents. Kerrymoure brings over 15 years of public and private sector leadership experience in building and community design, construction and project management.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from UTECH Jamaica as well as a professional Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A&M University.
As an experienced development project manager and urban designer, Kerrymoure has a passion for creating profitable but people centred real estate developments. He is also an advocate for the use of Smart Growth and Transit Oriented Development strategies to improve urban communities. He enjoys the arts and sports as well as building and maintaining long lasting relationships.
