British Caribbean Insurance Company Limited (BCIC) is a general insurance company, offering a range of insurance solutions designed to protect the valuable assets of individuals and businesses.
Throughout the years, BCIC underwent a number of changes in its ownership structure and had been operating as an independent entity of the ICD Group Limited until December 31, 2010, when it merged with the Victoria Mutual Insurance Company (VMIC), a well-established insurance company that had developed in 1990, out of the Victoria Mutual Building Society. This merger saw the companies integrating under the name, British Caribbean Insurance Company (BCIC).
