Vacancy: Front Desk Coordinator & Administrative Assistant

Position: Front Desk Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Contact : jobscontructionco@gmail.com
Reporting directly to: Marketing & Sales Manager
Indirectly to: GM, Project Planning Division  
 
Core Responsibilities (not limited to): 
 
·       Customer service and information management
·       Manage the switchboard
·       Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence
·       Provide general clerical support for Marketing & Sales
·       Coordinate bearer duties
 
Project Planning Division
·       Oversee and maintain filing system
·       Prepare correspondence and carry-out follow-up
·       Provide administrative support for the Project Planning Division
 
Core Competencies:
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
·       Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
·       Strong organising and planning skills
·       Customer service focused
·       Strong problem solving skills
·       High level of flexibility and initiative
 
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Business or Administrative Diploma or Degree
 
Experience:
Minimum 5 years Office Administration and Customer Service Experience
